Takes ages to resolve problems and they really make it a hassle!! I bought a weather station back in 2020 that came with a 5-year warranty, but it was defective right from the get-go; it wouldn’t even turn on, so I sent it back. They finally acknowledged it was faulty and swapped it out... after a long wait. Fast forward to 2021, and this replacement also went kaput. Once again, it dragged on, but they eventually admitted it was faulty and replaced it. Now, the third one has crapped out, and I’ve asked for a refund. I sent the unit back, and they’ve had it for almost two weeks now. They say there’s nothing wrong with it but haven’t explained why it wasn’t functioning! They claim they’re going to send back what is obviously a defective unit... but I’m still following up because I’m left with no unit, no refund, and a ton of stress.

STEER CLEAR! I had a faulty console and raised the problem with them. They asked me to send back the whole station. I did that, but then they said they wouldn’t honor the warranty because one of the anemometers was damaged. It was perfectly fine when it was sent out. They didn’t even check the console. Six weeks later, I’m still without my weather station, and there’s been zero communication from the weather shop. The customer service is terrible. Warranties aren’t respected, and the quality of the gear is definitely questionable.

I had a tough time locating a weather station that fit my needs on their site. So, I decided to give them a call, and they were super helpful. After figuring out what I was looking for, they recommended a weather station that was perfect for me. Unfortunately, it wasn't available at the moment, but they quickly arranged to get it in stock.

Once I put it together, I ran into some trouble getting the outdoor equipment to sync with the display unit. A quick call later, they offered a different method to establish the connection, which wasn’t mentioned in the manual, and just like that, everything started working.

In short, they saved me a ton of time on research and were fantastic in assisting me with the setup.

The package showed up just like I thought it would, nicely packed. The item is crafted well and offers fantastic value for the price.

I was ready to give this a full 5 stars, but the processing of my warranty return took longer than I hoped. I thought it would be done in about two weeks, but it ended up taking four.

On the bright side, the product was two years old and came with a five-year warranty, which they honored, and I got a replacement. So, in the end, it all worked out fine.
